1. Acceptance
By using PostRig (the Chrome extension and website at getpostrig.com), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of service
PostRig is an AI-powered tool that helps you generate LinkedIn comments, posts, and message replies. You use the extension in your browser; you copy and paste content yourself. We do not post to LinkedIn on your behalf. You are responsible for how you use the generated content and for complying with LinkedIn’s terms and policies.
3. Account and license
Free users get a limited number of generations per month. Pro is a paid, one-time annual license that gives you more generations per month. Your license is tied to one device (one browser). You may not share your license key. We may revoke access if we detect abuse or violation of these terms.
4. Payment and refunds
Pro is purchased through Lemon Squeezy. Payment is one-time for one year; there is no auto-renewal. If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your Pro purchase, contact us at support@getpostrig.com for a full refund. Refunds are at our discretion after 7 days.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use PostRig to:
- Violate LinkedIn’s terms of service or any applicable law
- Generate spam, harassment, or misleading content
- Abuse the API (e.g. automated scripts that exceed normal use)
- Resell or redistribute the service or license keys without our permission
We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these terms.
6. Disclaimer
PostRig is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or free from errors. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any content before you use it on LinkedIn or elsewhere.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of PostRig. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Changes
We may change these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use of PostRig after changes means you accept the new Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service.
